1.0You scammed me it’s been three months never received my card and when I called the Secretary of State they never received an application! I spent 70$ to renew my card through healthy partners and got scammed every time I call I get the same run around that they will email me back I can’t believe I got taken like this

5.0i was in and out in 20 minutes.The receptionist was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had my paperwork from my doctors so i only spent 10 minutes with the doctor.
