this was my first time here today. the atmosphere is wack. budtenders screaming over eachother and other customers, no one knows what they are talking about, and the budtender actually tried to talk me out of some bho that i told him i was excited about. He really made me feel so dumb for wanting it so thats not very good and he also said that i didnt qualify for ftp deals somehow even though ive never been

You guys really need to make up your minds, or retrain your entire staff (especially the front lobby personnel) on what to say about COVID and mask restrictions. I literally heard the rudest interaction between your staff(the rude guy) and a customer not even 2 days ago about the requirement to wear a mask... luckily I had mine that day.. and then TODAY I was able to walk in without one today without any problem at all?! So either the employees get to pick and choose who they want to make wear the mask or they are all gravely incompetent for the job they have.
