my experience with the bud tenders aren't so friendly one budtender pulled out 2 bags of eights and said that was the only selection they had and then told me there were 2 grams for 25.00 and I wanted to switch and she told me I couldn't even though the package wasn't opened.She told me that its the liquor board that said once a person picks out there meds they cannot exchange it even though the package wasn't opened. I have been coming here because its close to my home but I think im going to choose taking my money somewhere else where theres more selection.

Was a great first time experience. They test their products and are able to give accurate thc and cbd counts. Besides the easy to pass location great product and overall experience.

The budtenders here really care about the movement and that patients get the attention they need when details are concerned. They are able to listen and guide you towards the flavors that will better suit your conditions. Whether recreational or medical, they will assist you with a blend that is right for you. The atmosphere is warm, I felt like a well appreciated guest in the establishment. If I have any gripe it's that they moved away from downtown; otherwise, four thumbs-up.

I am very impressed with the Herbal Gardens in Tacoma. They are always friendly and helpful - they answer all my questions and have been able to get me the meds that I need...not what they have too much of... Love this place.

I have been going to the Herbal Gardens since they opened and have always been very pleased with the friendly knowable service and meds. I like the fact that all of the meds are TESTED FOR ITS PURITY. for me its so important to get clean meds for I have heard of horror stories from others who have bought tainted meds and have gotten sick from them. THG has the good meds. Also, they have a very nice selection of edibles. The place is very clean and professional it its style and pweaonL. I'm ALWAYS happy to go there for the best service and meds in Tacoma. Thanks

I have been around the Town, and I would like to note that this is by far the best Bud Bar in Tacoma.The quality of their herb is consistent, there is plenty to choose from and, "You pay extra on spare buds? Where have you been shopping??".The establishment is on a quieter side of Pacific Avenue so its easy to access on foot. The parking can be limited, so that is a concern. The lobby is pretty inviting with a few couches set out while your certifications are being entered into their database. The Budtenders are knowledgeable with a capital 'K'. The staff is approachable, and they offer sincere recommendations. At the back of the house the shelves are stocked high, so it is good that one of the 'tenders happens to be a tall fellow. The management is usually on site and they are a pleasure to encounter when you can. There is a distinct air of professionalism to the whole establishment. When you leave with your items your receipt lists the name of the bud and its medical makeup, letting you know what you bought. Making it easier to get your prescription refilled. The prices were fair and the buds are plenty. Be sure to check out the Buds of Glory on the big screen to find out who has the largest nuggs. Hands down, THG is tops in Tacoma.

I've been going to this collective now for about 5 months and from the time I walked in I was and am treated very kindly, the experience was awesome - and still is, their budtenders are extremely knowledgeable and their overall staff is willing to work with whatever you've got. They tend to your needs, if there's a strain that caters to you the best, The Herbal Gardens staff, budtenders, managers, massage therapist are all very knowledgeable and most of all, again, friendly and honest.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable! Your never pressured into buying more then you can afford, everyone is always smiling and make you feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this establishment to any patient looking for a classy place to pick up your meds!

I have been in quite a few times. I am also a medical professional I can attest to the quality if both medicine and knowledgable staff is a hard combination to beat. I wish there was a higher available Rating than 5/5. Having dealt quite a but with the guy running the place I am happy to say he knows his stuff! It's always a great time talking about research and different discoveries in the fiend of medical marijuana. From the conversations with staff at Herbal Gardens I am currently looking into getting into tr field of mmj holistic medicine do that I can hopefully help others more and still enjoy my carreer to the fullest. This place really cares about their patients and one of the most amazing programs is their vet to vet program. They ate currently helping my son who is an Army veteran and did tours in Iraq to obtain the medicine he needs for PTD. They went above and beyond for him! Absolutely all about helping our Vets! I have no need to go anywhere else to have all of my needs met. Weather it is medicine, tinctures, ways to better use MMJ or just knowledge these people are there for their patients. Believe me, you will never want to go anywhere else, ever!
