Ive used this place a few times with no problems. Today however has been the worst customer service experience to date. Placed my order around 9 and it was accepted and suppose to be delivered between 11-12. Never heard anything from them and I texted multiple times. Why accept the order online to not fulfill it? Makes no sense. Wont be going here again without an explanation.

Texted the number and was told no more than 2 hours for delivery. It took more than an hour just to confirm my order then I didn't get my delivery for more than 4 hours... 2 out of the 3 carts I got didn't even work. Was then told I could wait another 2 hours if I wanted them replaced. Don't waste your time. I've used them a few times before but hadn't in a while seems like new people under management.

Customer service was good and delivery was on time. Got Mario Carts and have gotten them before, these definitely werent Mario carts. Oil moved super fast and both carts I got taste the same but are different flavors. Kinda weak but very cheap so just know what youre getting.
