My experience was a good one. Placed pre order online and got a text message back. After the order I placed we set up place and time for meetup. Even got a free 8th for spending 100 dollars. I have smoked both the forbidden fruit and cotton candy kush and both are straight FIRE!! Also customer service is phenomenal. I called and texted and he answered all my questions happily! You have a new customer in me!!

I will give the most honest review about this place as I can. I ordered my product at 11:11am this morning. Easy process. Got a text and was scheduled for delivery at 3:45pm. As I am on my way to meet these guys I get a phone call informing me that his GPS says he will be there at 4:05 pm. I say no problem I will just wait on you. At approximately 4:02pm I get a text that said exactly: "Sorry we can't make it. It's jampacked traffic to your area and it will cause a delay for other clients deliveries. Try us again when your near NW. sorry for the inconvenience- captain bud" This is freaking horrible customer service. I tried calling and no one answered. Totally wasted my time as I could have ordered from someone else (which I will never use this service again) You could have told me you can't deliver to my area from the beginning. DONT USE THIS SERVICE. They may deliver to some but my experience was AWFUL!! Words can't express how mad I am right now!!

Always the best service! They deliver to you quick and they are always on time. The carts are good and they have great flowers as well. I recommend Capitol Danks any day of the week!!
