Very unhappy with the service and communication. After waiting three hours for an order over $400.00 which should have been rush delivery and several hundreds of dollars within the last 10 days this is the worst of my experiences with them. I understand things happen but the lack of sincerity, compensation, and communication has caused me to not use them for my next purchase.

The service i got today was nothing to brag about after telling me they where out of a strain i picked so gave me a few other choice only to tell me over an hour later that i was giving the wrong choices just expect better communication when spending $400+...

Hands down will be my go to company, very fast service and polite. Got stuck in traffic and they were so patient. Fire ass tree and cartridges Thank you !!
