I can definitely see this place as being a hit or miss compared to other substandard companies ive been to in d.c.i always place my order at least 3-4 hours in advance due to traffic and the fact that im coming from the borders of d.c.the day i ordered from them i had to pick up another order from a different company just trying things out. i call to confirm thinking everything will be on time...nope. the communication was A1, somebody always answered and if there were any changes they would let me know....but after a while (1.5 hours after the designated pick up time) even after i picked up from the other company I was about to leave because it was getting dark and i had been in the city longer than i needed to be. they hit me with the "the driver will be there in 10 mins" 15 mins later "the driver will be there in 10 mins" i was like if they tell me that one more time im definitely leaving. so the driver gets there and its almost like hes mad at me for waiting lol. i didnt care for anybody attitude of course. when he pulls up he was eating which i didn't mind because ive been in his situation before. he hands me my package and i notice theres an item missing, i go back to his car and ask about it the driver says "im just the driver i dont check bags" which is the stupidest thing ive heard in awhile but ok whatever...the company said theyll get the missing item on the next order but there wont be a next order. QUALITY: for all my real smokers out there if you want quality and dont want to be dissapointed just look elsewhere. ive been smoking for a long time and other companies' bottom shelf is better than these guys top shelf. i dont mean to be harsh but the pens are straight trash. even when i inhale super deep, several times i get nothing. my friends told me never to come back here it was a complete waste of money. the flower smelled pretty decent but didnt do anything, it was almost like fancy reggie. i completely understand we are in COVID -TIMES and they are short on drivers and whatever but if you as a company knows your product and customer service is trash why offer it to people?

First of all...What separates these guys from some of the others Ive been too recently is...THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT ON TIME!!! TRAFFIC OR NO TRAFFIC!!! Whereas others will have you waiting for at least 30-45 mins even after youve set a good arrival time before traffic gets nasty. Even if youre a few minutes behind its no big deal, theyll wait for you as long you dont have them waiting forever, which Ive never done lolSecond of all lol...Even their bottom shelf flower is a lot better than some of the dispensaries if tried out thus far so youre always getting your money worth. The flower always looks and smells magnificent. Ive never received anything from them and regretted it. The pictures in the description are super accurate, with these guys what you see is really what you get. Lastly...If youre looking for quality medical for good prices, speedy service, excellent customer service without having to worry about committing to buying something you wont like...shop HYFE.
