Im borderline deaf & rely on my hearing aids, after getting stood up by a diff deliver service that was rude & just continued to yell when I just asked them to slow down when speaking (because of my disability) we decided to try another spot. We heard they were a reputable place & bagged bugs came through! We explained our previous hell with another delivery service & Not only were bagged buds friendly & helpful answering my newbie questions they got to our location quick, & kept me informed on ETA often. 10/10. I will never use another place again. The cartilages are great, our bud too. Pricing is awesome for the quality. I HIGHLY (no pun intended) recommend you use their services.
