Ive shopped within them several times. So Im actually disappointed that this experience was so horrible. They forgot a whole ounce of shake, which inconvenienced my day because now I have to break down. On top of that they told me theyre unable to make my delivery before a certain time of the missing product. I am a truck driver so now I have to sit and wait on them. The store was not trying to refund me a $20 drivers fee since Ive been inconvenienced. They suggested they give me an address and I come to them, but they would not give me my $20 back. BAD BUSINESS. Glad I didnt listen to their Write a review and get a free pre roll typically those are the business that need good reviews without their customer trying the product. I told them I needed change prior, the driver asked me if I had Cash app I said no. Yet, he still came and said hed Zelle me my change. Its been ov 2 weeks now and I have yet to receive mt funds. I was going to buy someore today since they still have some of my money The operator number was super consistent with texting me about my new order until I expressed my issue, now hes gone ghost. Unexpectable!
