Spent exactly 7 minutes in the store. From out of town, here on Vacay and needed to smoke. Went in and the budtender asked me 2 questions. Came back with 2 stains, great price, great smoke. Hit an 1/8 for $49 dollars. Can't wait to go back.

Man to say these guys are top notch professional, would be an understatement. They have the best quality, best prices, best selection and best customer service. The drivers are courteous and never late. Really they are never late, they operate on real time, not weed time (you real smokers know what i mean). I can always find something to smoke and smoke good on no matter my mood, my pockets or anything else. I've been using these guys for over a year and have NEVER, NEVER been burned with a light bag or bad bud. Every bag has been legit and straight up fire. They have never let me down. I've used other services before and they all start our great, but soon enough there is some bullshit. A light bag here, bad bud there, hour or more late for your delivery. You ain't have to worry about that with Federal Reserve. Seriously, don't waste your money or your time with these other bums,treat yourself each and everytime to the experience you deserve. Call Federal Reserve, they will make you wonder why you didn't get with them sooner.

So after looking at their page, I decided to give Med-Star a chance. THAT WAS A MISTAKE!!!!! I ordered an ounce of Gramma Cookies. The driver was on time, but when I get home and look at my bud, they gave me a 1/2 instead of the ounce that I ordered. I send them a text and they "pledge" to make it right. Keep in mind I live in Woodbridge, VA, so that's a 45 minute drive each way. So after coming back to get the other half of my order, I have to wait an hour for the driver, with bullshit excuses on how long it's going to take. One big cluster fuck. These guys have good weed, but they are unprofessional at best and incompetent at worst. The drivers are terrible. I will not waste time or money with these clowns again. There are too many other options.

I tried the 2 zips of Northern lights for $225. Let me tell you what, that was absolutely, positively, without question the WORST WEED I HAVE EVER GOTTEN IN DC, period, hands down, end of story. I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever mess with these wack ass dudes ever again.

So let me start by saying, I was a loyal customer from these guys for 4 months. They had the best customer service, best deals, best freebies, coolest drivers and most of all, they had the BEST BUD. They were the total package. On the rare occasion that they messed your order up or were late, they more than made up for it and you felt great about your purchase. Since they have been "Under New Management", all of ghee above have suffered except the quality of the weed. They are Fucking late as hell. They average 20-30 minutes late or they will rarely show up 30 minutes early and blame you. Then say it well take at least an hour or 2 to get back to you, WTF? The drivers have gone from cool and knowledgeable to down right rude and incompetent. I gave them another try and when the clown shows up to deliver my order, he "realizes" he threw my order away, LET ME REPEAT, HE THREW MY ORDER AWAY WITH HIS CHINESE TAKEOUT." How incompetent and just down right stupid can you fucking be, I ask people. And the resolution, I have to wait another hour for them to redeliver my order. No fucking thank you. There is to much competition and too much good weed out here to deal with these fucking assholes. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE! I only wish i could leave fewer than 1 star. And they used to be the best and now they are SHIT! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY RETURN THESE FUCKING CLOWNS.

So this was my first time using this particular delivery service. Figured it would be like the rest. They were on time (rarely happens), buzz looked like the picture on the website (certainly never happens) and the bud smoked like it looked (super dank). To top it off they threw in a one hitter and a bag of their edibles as a gift. Definitely satisfied and will use again real soon.
