I have been shopping w/cloud9 since 2019. And what I have learned from them is to make sure to always have a back up plan / another dispensary to shop at when they do not have what youve been getting for 6 years in stock all of a sudden. because the actual flower they have thats affordable is HORRIBLE! And a waste of money. I have never been this disappointed and dissatisfied with these flowers I feel like my hard earned money GONE like Ive been scammed or robbed

A disappointment today .. My initial delivery wait time was lengthy . There was poor communication from the driver and dispatcher and to top that once here only half of my order was bagged..

I use them alot, for quantity and quality options. They have a nice variety, and are always quick with responses and delivery. They even throw in some free gifts sometimes, which is rare at the lower price points they offer. I recommend them constantly.

Cloud 9 definitely my go to. They always get it right. Sometimes long delivery times but it's DC. Every time go somewhere else like wake and bake they mess up. Instead of nerd ropes you get a var floor fun sized almond joy and a preroll instead. Cloud 9 is always a safe bet.

Ima tell the truth and that is Cloud9 is the best thing thats happened to this city since the hockey team won the Stanley Cup. Real live professional service and so many different options to choose from. Plus the best deals. At the end of the day you cant go wrong with these guys

Been a buying for long time brought some last week in got scam lately they been scamming showing old picuture what use to have but I got something that look totally different won't be buying from here no more mainly because the weed ain't what it use to be they selling very bad weed in remember they grown it themselves but ain't consistent never know what u buying the shit brought a year ain't the same weed it's like dum down the weed

I have been using cloud 9 for a couple years now and they always have the best price, and good quality for the price. I had flower,carts,edibles, and their concentrates and everything has been good. Started coming with a friend last year and now I just come myself. Glad I chose cloud 9 to put me on cloud 9.......

WORST FUCKING PLACE EVER THEY DON\'T PICK UP THE PHONE I ORDERED A DELIVERY AT 10 am only got a message asking for my id and phot don\'t buy from here horrible place terrible customer service don\'t waste your money trust me i buy weed all the time even work at a dispensary n this bs of place called Cloud9 cant even communicate with their customers. THEY PROBABLY ALL HIGH ASF FROM THEY OWN WEED.
