First things first. Does anyone notice how every 5 star review (which they buy) is a verified purchase but all the bad reviews arent? First red flag. Second, there has never been any acceptance of fault from this shop, only fault of the customers, second red flag. Third, i personally have never ever had such horrible customer service. Larry started calling me names because of an issue on THEIR END. And when I told them they need to be professional and meet me at the time THEY requested they simply ghosted me. This was after payong $140 for an oz of platinum. The other call center agent is a female and she is helpful soometimes but usually the so called pedophile larry takes over and is just flat out disrespectful and has no value of a customer time, money, and resources. EXPECT them to say this is a fake story.. bc trust me they will NEVER OWN UP to any mistakes. The customer has to pay for their incompetence. And if you arent willing, well lets just hope u hadnt already sent money. They will keep you waiting for hours, but if u make a driver wait 5 mins they will leave and make u drive an extra 45 mins chasing the driver down while hes doing other orders. Pllesse do anything but shop here. And apparently im not bringing my daughter anywhere near that guy larry. The things i see about him are scary. It scares me.. knowing what id do to someone like that. Lets hope i never see larry again.

It was definitely a 5 stars for the whole experience. I ordered they confirmed within a couple minutes. Driver was well versed with dc area.I think my only complaint is that they dont open till 10am. Designer District is money and time well spent.

Absolute nightmare experience i wish i read the reviews and saved 4 hours of my time. This place is completely unprofessional and i ignored the bad reviews because of some of the good ones. Its now obvious that all the good reviews are fake and you can tell because theyre all 5 stars. If you only have 1 and 5 star reviews there is something wrong and lesson learned. First things first they do not contact you so its up to you to initiate. They will ignore your call and then text you after about 45 mins to answer each text despite answering within 15-30 seconds of them responding. The process took over 3 hours and they will ask you for an additional delivery fee. I am only 25 mins away and they are asking for an additional 50 dollars for delivery. Keep in mind they already charge 25 delivery just to place the order. 75 dollars in delivery is ridiculous. Despite all this unprofessionalism i still decided to give them a try and they still didnt answer and ended up ghosting me and ultimately wasted my time. The only logical reason to do business with desiigner district is if this is a last resort and you have no other option. I really wanted to give this place a shot but i wasnt given the option. Listen to the reviews there is a reason people took the time out of their day to write them. I have used 13 vendors from the dmv area and desiigner district is by far the worst and most unprofessional company i have had the displeasure of working with. I ended up trying the Jamaican house vendor and it was a night and day difference! I got a call literally the second my order was placed. And they delivered to my address for a 60 delivery fee which was well worth it considering my order was delivered within an hour of placing my order. I also received an immediate response and eta as well as a free jay. This was also a vendor farther than desiigner district that i was forced to give a try due to them wasting 3.5 of my hours and i had limited options that were open.

SCAM READ*****I paid $260 for a delivery of Dumdums Oz. Some candy purple buds. Drove 45 mins there just to realize when they gave me a bag of BROWN SHAKE. After notifying the office they told me they werent coming back out with new flower to make things right UNLESS i paid the driver a $20 fee. This is the worst most unprofessional weed vendor ive ever come across. I have tried dozens on this app and i can promise you all this is the worst.DO NOT BUY HERE.

CAUTION READ:Ive been a DD customer for over 2yrs now with 7 referrals given and over 60k spent within my group. Today i called in an order for $90i was going to drive 1.5hrs to georgetown to pick up. Was told $20for delivery $110 total.So i sent an updated location closer to the university to avoid an extra $20 fee instead of $10 they confirmed that worked.Driver texted me saying $100 total and he is 18 mins from location. When i told them i paying electronic the main line agent Larry texted me claiming i needed to pay $115. After i showed him texts of me being told $100 he told me either i pay $110 or hes gunna cancel the order. This is AFTER i drove 1.5 hrs. After seeing pictures realizing the office made a mistake on their end he proceeds to say We can even waive the electronic but delivery is standing. If not meet team member at GEORGETOWN CUPCAKE that is next to Georgetown university So after i drive 1.5 hrs and get called names and upcharged i finallly say ok. Drifer told me ETA 6:20 before all this happend and now its 6:50 and i say please send ETA before i send my money and have to wait an hour. They refused. He said if i dont send the money before the ETA they will cancel the order. And they did even after i sent screenshot of my applepay loaded with $112 they cancelled the order at 7pm. Wasting my time fro 4:30 to 7pm and a good 140miles in gas. This is the most disrespectful place to ever get your gas, theyre thieves and frauds. Larry who answerss the phone is a pedophile and a creep. I saw him watching little girls play next to his csr for minutes before i told him i was there at a previous interaction. DONT EVER BUY HERE IF U CARE ABOUT RESPECT TIME MONEY AND PROFESSIONALISM
