Im very disappointed. I have order multiple times. And only the first two orders I got the right item. I have order the special $125 for any exotic flower.they alway sent me something different or mix buds. Yesterday I ordered the deal I ask for a pic of the flower and it look exotic. I tried to make sure I was going to get the right thing thats why I ask for a pic. When i received my order I opened in front of the driver, the buds didnt even look the same. and the driver also was like it looks close but not the same as the picture. I tried reaching out to see if i can exchange it. But not body responds.

Truthfully, I was left dissatisfied & would like a refund or better. I really made sure to thoroughly explain my needs & asked if my purchase would satisfy a particular THC content need. I was expecting at least some descent designer trim. What I received had a bad taste & very little potency. It just wasnt good & not worth buying. I dont even know what to do with it now. I wasted my money. Customer service was nice & everything, but I'd suggest making sure that the customer knows exactly what theyre getting. The driver was an hr late & I ordered a day in advance. Shake is priced differently and typically does not have the same potency, structure, or overall experience as whole cannabis flower.
