1.8Truthfully, I was left dissatisfied & would like a refund or better. I really made sure to thoroughly explain my needs & asked if my purchase would satisfy a particular THC content need. I was expecting at least some descent designer trim. What I received had a bad taste & very little potency. It just wasnt good & not worth buying. I dont even know what to do with it now. I wasted my money. Customer service was nice & everything, but I'd suggest making sure that the customer knows exactly what theyre getting. The driver was an hr late & I ordered a day in advance. Were sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. Thats never our intention.To clarify, the product ordered was shake, not premium flower. Shake is priced differently and typically does not have the same potency, structure, or overall experience as whole cannabis flower. We do our best to clearly communicate these differences so customers understand what they are purchasing.Regarding delivery, we provided a heads-up in advance about a potential delay, as the order was scheduled during one of our busiest hours. We always try to be transparent so expectations are set properly.That said, we value feedback and encourage any customer who feels unsatisfied to contact us directly so we can review the order and work toward a fair resolution.
