I thought the experience was great in the beginning until they changed managers and they started selling other type of weed with chemicals and its the first time I threw $300 with of weed to the toilet. They totally messed up my WHOLE month!!!! WTF!!!!

They had a minor hiccup on their end. Every business and company makes mistakes and has hiccups, it is how you recover from it. And I must say that Hi-lifeDC made their minor hiccup right! I will not get into the details but if their quality of bud is anywhere close to as good as their customer service, it is going to be good. That's why I went a gave them a four stars because I have not yet tried the bud. I will definitely be returning with being my business just because they have GREAT customer service!
