Ive shopped within them several times. So Im actually disappointed that this experience was so horrible. They forgot a whole ounce of shake, which inconvenienced my day because now I have to break down. On top of that they told me theyre unable to make my delivery before a certain time of the missing product. I am a truck driver so now I have to sit and wait on them. The store was not trying to refund me a $20 drivers fee since Ive been inconvenienced. They suggested they give me an address and I come to them, but they would not give me my $20 back.
