Dispensaries, Deliveries & Doctors in Columbia Falls, MT

Ranked as one of the best and safest places to live in Montana, Columbia Falls is found along the Flathead River. Early settlers desired the name Columbia, but wanted to avoid repetition with already-established Columbus, Montana. No matter what the season, there are always things to do in town. In the summer, visiting Big Sky Waterpark is a must. With lots of slides, volleyball courts, bumper cars and more there’s fun for every age at his attraction. Winter means you have to check out Swan Mountain Snowmobiling. For guided tours across beautiful terrain, make sure to book the full-day tour for the best experience. Fill up with fresh spring water before a hike at the Shepard Memorial Fountain at Bad Rock Canyon. Serving as the entryway to Glacier National Park, the Bob Marshall Wilderness and Hungry Horse Dam and Recreation Area, Bad Rock Canyon is full of history and beauty.

Like much of the marijuana laws in Montana, state and local governments still need to determine many of the specific recreational cannabis regulations in Columbia Falls. Beginning on January 1, 2021, an adult could legally possess an ounce of marijuana flower or 8 grams of concentrates. Additionally, they could legally grow several marijuana plants at home. Equally important to note, recreational sales are not legal yet in Montana. I-190 allows the state to hold off on accepting recreational dispensary applications until October 2021 and sets the timeline for those dispensaries to open back until Spring 2022. Finally, I-190 sets recreational marijuana sales tax at 20%. It divides 10.5% of the funds to the State General Fund and the remaining 9.5% back to local communities for public programs.
